For the biscuits
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter
¾ cup milk
Steps

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Prepare biscuit dough according to biscuit method.
  3. Roll dough to ½ inch thick.
  4. Using a 3 inch biscuit cutter, cut out biscuits.
  5. Place biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet at least 1 inch apart.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
