For the biscuits |
2 cups flour |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
½ teaspoon salt |
½ cup butter |
¾ cup milk |
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Prepare biscuit dough according to biscuit method.
- Roll dough to ½ inch thick.
- Using a 3 inch biscuit cutter, cut out biscuits.
- Place biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet at least 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
