Blueberry Scones

Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 tablespoon sugar
½ cup blueberries
½ tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup butter
¾ cup milk

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Prepare scone dough according to muffin method.
  3. Pat down dough into baking dish or oven-safe pan.
  4. Bake for 15 to 30 minutes, or unitl golden brown and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.Time depends on thickness of scone and oven used.
