Blueberry Scones
Ingredients
2 cups flour |
2 tablespoon sugar |
½ cup blueberries |
½ tablespoon baking powder |
½ teaspoon salt |
¼ cup butter |
¾ cup milk |
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Prepare scone dough according to muffin method.
- Pat down dough into baking dish or oven-safe pan.
- Bake for 15 to 30 minutes, or unitl golden brown and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.Time depends on thickness of scone and oven used.
