For the cookies |
½ cup brown sugar |
½ cup butter |
1 large egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup flour |
½ cup plus 2 tablespoons cocoa powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
¼ teaspoon salt |
¾ cup dark chocolate chips |
1 cup powdered sugar |
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix cookies according to creaming method.
- Refriderate cookies for at least 2 hours, up to overnight.
- Dish out cookies in ping-pong sized balls.
- Roll cookie ball into powdered sugar.
- Place cookie balls on ungreased cookie sheet, bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Makes about 20 cookies.
